Confirming a Reservation: A $300.00 or $500.00 deposit is required. The deposit is not part of the rent. It will be returned within
12 days of your departure if the house is left clean and undamaged.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit refunded up to 25 days prior
to arrival date, less $20.00, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Full Payment due 12 days prior to 1st nights stay. Please call our office 2 days prior to 1st night stay to get the Lock Box Combination.
